Then we live life at high-speed. Imagine what happens to a car at high-speed with tires out of balance. The car is shaken apart. The same happens to us. Which nature do you need to work on to become more balanced and enjoy the key to power and peace of mind?” – Brian Klemmer
I will share on the last question, because I think this is very fitting due to the last conversation I had with a mentor of mine just this morning. I think that the nature I need to become more balanced on is the emotional nature. In my conversation this morning, we talked about feelings and that you can say and think what you want but if you are not feeling it, there is still that missing piece. I have realized lately that I have a lot of feelings but don’t express them, and many times I let my feelings have control for too long a time. I have noticed that when I let my feelings be known even for a moment, I can let them go easier than trying to deal with them inside. If I feel spectacular then I should share that to others. If I feel blah and I am upset well then I need to share those and then let them go.
For me talking about my feelings is very challenging, that is why writing is easier for me, but I always learn something in the end. Being honest with yourself and others about how you are feeling allows you to grow within and in relationships.
