Everyone comes into your life for a reason some good, some not so good. They shape us, form and break us. In the end make us who we are.”
Have you stopped lately to think about all those people that have come into your life and thanked the One above for each of them?
I came across this quote this morning, and I believe it to be true, everyone does come into your life for a reason, some people only for a season, but each person facets us into who we are today.
As I reflected on this quote and thought about all the people who have come into my life, I thought about all the people who have brought life and goodness into it. There were a few people I thought of that have brought me pain and suffering, but as I look back on those times, I am grateful for them because they built character and helped me become a forgiving, loving woman.
On the flip side I started thinking about my life, whose life have I waltzed into? I began to ask myself do I bring good into those people’s lives, or did I bring good? In reflecting on that I realized, no not always, I have not always brought good, I have caused some pain and sorrow. Many of those that I have caused paid or sorrow I am not in their life anymore, however I do know how I can personally repair the relationship and that is to personally ask for forgiveness, and know that I am forgiven.
When I was thinking about bringing good into others lives, I thought to myself, Do I bring the utmost good or do I just bring what is left over? I thought to myself, Do I want to receive the utmost good from others, or do I just want to receive what others have left to give? Wow…I want to give my utmost good, I want to affect others lives so powerfully, with love, joy, and peace. I don’t want to play small in others lives I want to play big, give big.
Life is what you create it to be. What do you want to create? Do you want to be a part of great things in other people’s lives or do you just want to give what you have left?
I chose to create greatness and leave a facet in each person’s life I come in contact with…I want to help them create their diamond in life.
What do you want?
Have a super day!
